The music doesn't start for a few days, but LiB buzz grows as each art piece begins. Muralists and artists for Life is Beautiful Festival are in full production mode to complete works in time for September 25 to 27. In the festival footprint, the Town Lodge Motel is shaping into the Art Motel, a temporary gallery for local and out of town artists converting walls, balconies, and motel rooms into art installations. San Francisco's Chor Boogie, above, began work earlier this week and also made time to visit the Las Vegas Arts Commission.
